IHRC CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS
Established primarily for International Relations and Diplomacy to address global issues, especially with regards to the interest of African countries. The IHRC Africa Region HQ therefore has appointed Public Policy Activists and serving Diplomatic Experts and Emissaries who regularly brainstorm on conventions (past and contemporary) in the Diplomatic Room. These appointed veterans and the selected Chief of the Diplomatic Room (CDR) consults to adopt resolutions before the participation of members of the IHRC Africa Executive Committees (AEC) in official capacity including the appointed 5 Africa regions coordinators to consider Human Rights affairs focused on understanding the unique relationships that exist between various nations and cultures.
These relationships can impact everything from international politics, law, and economics to security, diplomacy, and governance. It is in the IHRC Diplomatic Room that the process of conducting negotiations between representatives of different nations or, in some cases, corporations from different countries is held.
The IHRC Diplomatic Room more than takes care of Human Rights or is limited to a rights path but includes international business, military intelligence and analysis, national security and activism. Many other topics and areas such as environmental issues, climate change,
conflict resolution, technology, science
human trafficking,
global health and preservation of cultural property etc., are priority and not optional if the IHRC Diplomatic Room is an organ to make the world a better place. Indeed it is the desire to improve lives around the world that informed the setting up of the IHRC Diplomatic Room.
Since the beginning of activities of the IHRC Diplomatic Room in 2017, the records show that the section has coordinated counterterrorism efforts and provided aid during natural disasters and other crises, promoted the rights of women and children addressed issues like food insecurity and nutrition in some African countries.
On the other hand, the IHRC Coordinators/Special Envoys in the African countries may apply to the Chief of the Diplomatic Room to help coordinate their charitable and strategic operations or by lobby national and international governments to persevere particular legislation.
The Diplomatic Room team's international relations never occur in isolation. From the boardroom working to establish ties between IHRC and other globally recognized institutions to several bilateral and multilateral bodies including embassies or consulates, the functions entails collaborative efforts.
