International Commission on Human Rights: There is no legitimacy to the US president’s decisio

The International Human Rights Commission announced that the approval of the American President signed by President Donald Trump on the annexation of the Golan Heights has no legal and constitutional value. In violation of Security Council resolutions, including resolution 497 (1981) and the United Nations General Assembly resolution of 30 November 2018 on the occupied Syrian Golan by “Israel” and not ratified by the US Congress in the minimum to be converted into a draft A United Nations project. For his part, the commissioner of the International Committee for the Middle East, Ambassador Haitham Abu Said, said that the Golan Heights, by its geographical, demographic and human nature, can not be removed from its Syrian surroundings as soon as it is ineffective at the level of international law.
