“بعد المشروع حاسة إن خبرتي فالحياة زادت، دلوقتي حاسة إن ليا كيان في المجتمع وعضو فعال، مش مجرد بيعتمد علي الأخرين.”-رحاب حسين; إحدى المستفيدات من برنامج “تحفيز تكافؤ الفرص لرائدات الأعمال”. في إطار تنفيذ البرنامج العالمي لهيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة وشركة بروكتر آند جامبل تحت عنوان “تحفيز تكافؤ الفرص لرائدات الأعمال” والذي يهدف إلي التمكين الاقتصادي للنساء الريفيات، وصاحبات الشركات التجارية (التي تبلغ نسبة أسهم النساء بها إلي أكثر من 51%)، استفادت ٦٠ سيدة من محافظتي المنيا وبني سويف بفرص عمل عن طريق الدمج في قنوات التوزيع لشركة بروكتر آند جامبل. وجدير بالذكر، تنفيذ هذا البرنامج في ثلاث بلدان أخرى وهي باكستان وجنوب أفريقيا ونيجيريا. ويهتم البرنامج ببناء القدرات الفنية لرائدات الأعمال وتوسيع القاعدة السوقية لهن من خلال تطوير المنتج وفتح الأسواق الجديدة ، والعمل علي مواجهة التحديات التي تحول دون الادماج الكامل لرئدات الأعمال في سلاسل التوريد الخاصة بالشركات الكبري بالقطاع الخاص.

In the framework of implementing the global UN Women-Procter & Gamble (P&G) programme entitled “Stimulating Equal Opportunities for Women Entrepreneurs” with the objective to empower rural women and women-owned businesses (with 51+% female ownership) economically, 60 women from Minya and Beni-Suef governorates accessed job opportunities by integration in the distribution channel of P&G.

The programme is implemented in 3 other countries; Pakistan, South Africa and Nigeria. It also includes further components on capacity building, scaling-up women owned-businesses, product and market development, and addressing barriers of full integration of women entrepreneurs in bigger supply chains for the private sector.
