اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان: النازح السوري فقد بغالبيته تلك الصفة
في سياق العمل الذي تقوم به اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في موضوع النازحين السوريين في لبنان والأردن وتركيا والعراق، رصدت اللجنة تجاوزات عديدة من قبل بعض السوريين المسجلين على لوائح مفوضية اللاجئين في تلك الدول وخاصة الذين يقيمون في لبنان وتركيا.
وفي بيان أصدره مكتب مفوّض اللجنة للشرق الأوسط ومستشارها للأمم المتحدة في جنيف السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد في هذا الصدد نوّه بالجهود الذي يقوم لها الأمن العام اللبناني وبإدارة مباشرة من المدير العام اللواء عباس إبراهيم الذين يعملون ضمن التوجيهات الحكومية وما جاءت بها توصيات القمّة الأقتصادية لجامعة دول العربية في التاسع عشر من كانون الثاني (يناير) ٢٠١٨ في بيروت. كما إستغرب السفير أبو سعيد كل هذه الضجة الغير مبررة تجاه ما يقوم به الأمن العام اللبناني والأجهزة الأمنية والعسكرية في هذا الملف حيثم يتم رصد وتوقيف بشكل يومي العشرات ممن يدعون النزوح والذين يحسب المعلومات الواردة للّجنة خروج الآلاف شهرياً الى منطق مختلفة في سوريا وعودتهم الى لبنان وتركيا من اجل قبض المساعدات. وبحسب القانون أكّد السفير ابو سعيد أن هذه العمليات التي يقوم بها النازحون وعددهم بعشرات الآلاف يُسقط عنهم الصفة المتاحة لهم من قبل مفوضية اللاجئين وبالتالي لا يمكن إعتبارهم لاجئين.
وأضاف ان المشكلة في تلك الدول وجود بعض الشخصيات السياسية الذين يعمدون إلى تسييس قضية النازح السوري وقاموا بملاقاة أمين عام الأمم المتحدة السابق أثناء زيارته للبنان حاملا معه مشروع توطين مبطّن للسوريين والفلسطينيين تحت سقف المساعدات المالية، وحسنا فعل آنذاك وزير خارجية لبنان المهندس جبران باسيل وكان قاطعا في رفضه للمشروع، وهو قد قام بجولات لاحقة في أوروبا وأبعد عن لبنان هذا الخطر المحدق بأمن لبنان.
وختم السفير ابو سعيد عن عمله وسعيه في القريب العاجل بالتعاون مع الأمين العام مارسين من أجل عودة كريمة للنازح السوري والعمل على التأكد من عدم أخذ هذا الملف في الأروقة الضيقة الإنتخابية التي تحاول بعض الجهات الدولية الضغط على دمشق بهذا الملف.

International Human Rights Commission: The Syrian displaced person has lost most of that status
