اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان: لإحترام وتطبيق المواثيق الدولية المنتهكة / IHRC: To respect and implem

إلتقى مفوّض الشرق الاوسط للّجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد كل من مدير عام البعثة رامي فواز وأمين السر سمير شامي وبحث المجتمعون الأحداث الاخيرة. وأشار السفير أبو سعيد أن ما يحصل في لبنان من التجاذبات السياسية والتخبط والإرتجال في المواقف والإجراءات المختلفة إنما يعكس صورة الأوضاع الإقليمية على الساحة اللبنانية، وهذا لا يبشّر بإمكانية حماية الأمن المجتمعي وحرية التعبير وممارسة الأصول الحقوقية. وختم البيان بالإشارة إلى وجوب الترفع عن الشخصنة في التعاطي بالعمل والشأن العام ووجوب الإنكباب على البنود المطلوبة وعددها مئتان وإحدى عشرة نقطة (٢١١) قبل الثالث من تشرين الثاني ٢٠٢٠ الذي فرضها المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وهذا ما ناقشه منذ فترة السفير أبو سعيد مع وزير العدل اللبناني القاضي ألبيرت سرحان بحضور رئيس مجلس القضاء الأعلى القاضي جان فهد بحضور عدد من أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي للّجنة. والجدير ذكره أن السفير ابو سعيد وضع كل من وزير الشؤون الرئاسة القاضي سليم جريصاتي بالمستجدات المذكورة ضمناً وأكد ابو سعيد أن الوزير جريصاتي والوزير السابق شكيب قرطباوي من المسؤولين القلائل الذي نسّق معهم في السابق وكانت لهم إنجازات وبصمات واضحة ومتقدمة مع اللجنة في الأمور الحقوقية، واضعاً الأمر في متناول المعنيين اليوم من أجل إخراج لبنان من الإستحقاق الحقوقي المقبل بما يتلاءم والقوانين الدولية المرعية الإجراء.

The Middle East Commissioner for the International Human Rights Commission, Ambassador Haitham Abu Said, met with the Director General of the Mission, Rami Fawaz and Secretary Samir Shami.

Ambassador Abu Said said that what is happening in Lebanon of political strife, confusion and improvisation in different positions and procedures reflects the regional situation on the Lebanese scene. This does not bode well for the protection of community security, freedom of expression and the exercise of human rights.

The statement concluded by referring to the need to lift the personality in dealing with the work and public affairs and the need to focus on the required items and the number of two hundred and eleven points (211) before the third of November 2020 imposed by the International Council for Human Rights, and this has been discussed by Ambassador Abu Said with the Minister of Justice The Lebanese Judge Albert Sarhan in the presence of the President of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Jean Fahed in the presence of a number of members of the Executive Council of the Commission.

It is worth mentioning that Ambassador Abu Saeed, the Minister of Presidential Affairs, Judge Salim Gryasati, put the developments implicitly. Abu Said confirmed that Minister Grizzati and former Minister Chakib Qortbawi were among the few officials who coordinated with them in the past and had clear and advanced achievements and fingerprints with the Commission on human rights issues. In order to bring Lebanon out of the next legal entitlement in accordance with the applicable international laws.
