اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان تواكب توقيفات لبنان الاخيرة وفقاً للقوانين المحلية

أصدر المجلس التنفيذي في الشرق الاوسط للّجنة الدولية لحقوق الانسان بياناً أشار فيه أن اعتقالات الاخيرة التي حصلت في مطار بيروت الدولي على أشخاص مطلوبين قاموا بأعمال جرمية يقع وبحسب المعلومات الواردة لمكتب الشرق الاوسط ضمن القوانين المرعية الإجراء والتدابير العسكرية ٣٠٣ الصادرة عن مديرية المخابرات في الجيش اللبناني، والتي تعمل وفقاً للقوانين الدستورية والمعطيات الخاصة الأمنية للجيش اللبناني.

وفي هذا السياق سيعدّ مكتب مفوّض الشرق الاوسط كتابا بهذا الشأن لتوضيح الجوانب القانونية للجهات المعنية في اللجنة الدولية وخصوصاً المفوض السامي ميشال باشوليه ورئيس المجلس الدولي لحقوق الإنسان كولي ساك من اجل عدم الإنجرار وراء الاجتهادات السياسية التي لا تخدم الاستقرار المجتمعي في لبنان.

The International Commission on Human Rights keeps pace with Lebanon’s recent arrests in accordance with local laws The Middle East Executive Council of the International Commission on Human Rights issued a statement stating that the recent arrests at Beirut International Airport of wanted persons who carried out criminal acts occurred according to information received by the Middle East Office within the applicable laws and military measures 303 issued by the Lebanese Army Intelligence Directorate. It operates in accordance with the Constitutional laws and the Lebanese Army’s special security data. In this context, the Office of the Middle East Commissioner will prepare a book to clarify the legal aspects of the IHRC’s stakeholders, in particular the High Commissioner Michele Bachelet and the President of the International Council for Human Rights, Coly Sack, in order not to be dragged into political interpretations that do not serve the social stability in Lebanon.
