تكليف الدكتور مفتاح فرج بلعيد بإدارة مكتب ليبيا للجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان

أعلن مكتب مفوّض الشرق الأوسط للجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد عن تعيين الدكتور مفتاح فرج بلعيد كمدير عام لمكتب ليبيا بعد أن شكّل تقريبا هيئته التنفيذية.

وأشار المكتب أن الدكتور مفتاح يعمل على إنشاء مكتب التشاد وتونس من أجل تفعيل عمل اللجنة والسعي من خلال المكتاب المولجة السهر على الخروقات التي تحصل في تلك الدول، بغية ضمان تطبيق الشرعة والعهد الدولي لحقوق الإنسان الذي أقرّته الأمم المتحدة في 10 كانون الأول لسنة 1948.

The Office of the Middle East Commissioner for the International Human Rights Committee Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said announced the appointment of Dr. Muftah Faraj al-Bled as general manager of the Libya office after he formed almost his executive body.

The Office pointed out that Dr. Miftah is working to establish the Chad and Tunisia Office in order to activate the work of the Committee and to seek through the correspondent to monitor violations committed in those countries in order to ensure the implementation of the Charter and the International Covenant on Human Rights adopted by the United Nations on 10 December 1948.
